What we process

Public federal opportunity data from the official SAM.gov Contract Opportunities bulk extract and limited API calls (not UI scraping).
Account data via Neon Auth (email, session) and your firm profile (entity name, UEI, NAICS, set-asides, geography keywords).
Pipeline & notification preferences you create in the product.
Billing identifiers (Stripe customer / subscription ids) when you upgrade to Pro.
Necessary cookies for consent storage; optional functional (theme) and analytics only if you allow them.

What we do not do

We do not scrape the SAM.gov private UI (ToS-forbidden).
We do not sell your tenant profile data.
We do not use Google Analytics by default.

Retention

Opportunity rows follow active SAM corpus refresh. Tenant profiles and pipeline state are kept while your account is active; request deletion via codeamanilabs.org contact channels.

Categories: necessary (always), functional (theme), analytics (first-party metrics only with consent). Manage choices via the in-app cookie banner.
