1. The service

SAMGOV CONTRACTS CURATOR (“Service”) is a commercial multi-tenant cockpit that scores and organizes public federal Contract Opportunities data for authorized subscribers. It is operated by CODEAMANI LABS LLC.

2. Not a government service

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. government or SAM.gov. Official opportunity notices remain on sam.gov. Always verify notices at the source before bidding.

3. Lawful data sources

We ingest the official public bulk extract and limited SAM Opportunities API usage under our platform credentials. You may not use the Service to scrape the SAM.gov UI (ToS-forbidden) or to obtain government API entitlements you do not hold.

4. Plans and fair use

Free: top 10 scored opportunities (queue and search limited).
Pro ($79/mo): full-corpus search and scored queue up to 200 notices, pipeline, and email digests when configured. Pro includes one seat (the workspace owner).
Additional team seats: any additional seat or account access on a workspace is $10/mo per seat.

Pro is not an unlimited SAM.gov API key. Caps may change with notice. Abusive automation against our APIs may result in suspension.

5. Set-asides and certifications

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of NAICS, set-aside, and certification data you enter. Only mark set-asides you hold. Pursuing a certificate is not the same as holding it. Misrepresentation may violate federal procurement rules.

6. Accounts

Each signed-in user maps to one primary workspace (tenant). Owners and admins may add additional members who already have an account; those seats are billed as additional seats under Section 4. You must keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that threaten the Service or other tenants.

7. Billing

Paid plans and team seats are processed by Stripe. Manage or cancel via in-app billing when a Stripe customer exists. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer

Scores and recommendations are decision-support only — not legal, bid, or procurement advice. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODEAMANI LABS LLC is not liable for lost profits, bid outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
